Full-Stack Software Engineer (Fintech/DeFi)

This role provides a high-impact opportunity to design, develop, and scale full-stack features for a next-generation decentralized application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and front-end engineers, to deliver reliable, user-centric products that directly contribute to revenue and growth. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features for decentralized applications
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure cohesive, high-quality user experiences
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and long-term platform scalability
• Translate requirements from product managers and researchers into actionable technical solutions
• Lead code reviews, participate in design sessions, and mentor junior engineers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software issues to maintain reliability and performance
• Support end-to-end product development, ensuring production-ready deliverables aligned with user needs
  
  
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience building products in startup or fast-paced environments
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for full-stack development
• Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and software architecture
• Familiarity with Python or other programming languages
• Proven ability to develop end-to-end, production-ready user-centric products
• Experience with React, Solidity, Rust, or other relevant technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts, dApps, or on-chain interactions
• Experience handling financial or data-heavy applications
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills in distributed teams
• Hands-on experience with data pipelining, ETL, or related workflows is advantageous
