Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Data Architect who can design, develop, and implement complex data solutions while leading a team of data engineers and analysts. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS data services and hands-on leadership in data strategy and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership for the data team and lead engineering initiatives within the TRIM program.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and storage solutions using AWS services (Aurora, DynamoDB, RedShift, S3, Glue, Lambda, etc.).
• Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems such as Oracle and DB2.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture strategies and ensure successful delivery of projects.

Top Skills:

✅ Expertise with AWS Data Services – Aurora, DynamoDB, RedShift, S3, Glue, Lambda

✅ Experience with large-scale data migration (Oracle, DB2, etc.)

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience Required:

• 10+ years in data architecture, data engineering, and solution design.
• Experience working in AWS GovCloud environments.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, data mapping, and streaming data processing.
