Senior SailPoint Developer - Identity Access Management

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Developer with expertise in Identity Access Management to join our dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Validation and implementation of functional and non-functional requirements for the onboarding of business applications into the IAM solution in agreement with the business IT principles and practices and standards.
• Having intakes with application owner for onboarding their application using the standard patterns. If not standard determine the work needed for application to connect to our standard.
• Align with architecture on new onboarding patterns that can be repeated multiple times
• Configure the technical application onboarding using our standard functionality in line with the IAM architectural principles, the company IAM strategy and the standard IAM processes.
• Being responsible for onboarding applications E2E, so from intake to acceptance.
• Drive standardization and automation also using sharing the available Pipeline with the Sailpoint platform team.
• Actively participate in the ScrumSAFE events.
• Coordinate and validate the realization of designed capabilities functionalities according to the specifications.

• Timely and clear communication, share information and knowledge
• Share responsibility and leverage expertise of others

Qualification & Experience

• Computer Science Engineering or Technical IT related disciplines diploma HBO or WO or equivalent.
• Good communication skills with respect to interaction with application stakeholders and understanding requirements (consultancy skills)
• Capable of identifying new standard onboarding patterns and explain applications our standard onboarding patterns
• Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices, and security policy frameworks
• Min 3 years professional experience with Identity Access Management
• Min 1 years professional experience with IGASailPoint or similar tooling.
• Focused more on onboarding applications
• Knowledge of and experience with entitlement authorization management processes
• Experience in Agile way of working
• Scripting Programming experience (i.e. Java, Beanshell, JavaScript)
• Strong integration experience with SailPoint working with LDAP, web services (RestSOAP), SCIM, Database, SAAS applications (OKTA), Workday, SAP Suite etc.
• Experience working with CICD Pipelines, Azure, Linux servers etc.
