We're looking for an expert in React with TypeScript and a master of modern back-end frameworks (especially Python + Fast API) who can drive architectural decisions, mentor talented developers, and own the delivery of high-quality, end-to-end solutions.
What You'll Do:
- 🔹 Lead & Architect: Take full ownership of features, designing and deploying robust, scalable full-stack solutions.
- 🔹 Front-End Mastery: Architect beautiful, responsive, and blazing-fast user interfaces using your expert-level knowledge of ReactJS and TypeScript.
- 🔹 Back-End Expertise: Design, implement, and maintain secure, high-performance APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or a comparable modern framework.
- 🔹 Mentor & Elevate: Act as a technical pillar for the team, providing guidance, leading code reviews, and mentoring junior developers on best practices.
- 🔹 Champion Quality: Define and manage database schemas (SQL/NoSQL), optimize complex queries, and implement a robust testing strategy.
What We're Looking For (Required):
- ✅ 5+ years of progressive, professional experience in full-stack web development.
- ✅ Expert-level (5+ years) mastery of ReactJS with TypeScript.
- ✅ Strong professional (3+ years) experience with a back-end framework, with a high preference for Python (e.g., FastAPI (must have), Django, Flask).
- ✅ Deep understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and API design (REST/GraphQL).
- ✅ Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker).
Bonus Points:
- ⭐ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
- ⭐ Familiarity with serverless architecture.
