About the Role
We’re working with an innovative technology company whose software powers some of the world’s best-known consumer brands across digital commerce and customer experience.
As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a UX Designer with strong B2B product experience and a passion for user research and design systems. You’ll join a collaborative, fast-moving team, helping shape intuitive, elegant user experiences for complex software platforms that have a real-world, socially positive impact.
This is a fully remote role within the UK, with the option to meet the wider tech team in London twice a year for collaboration sessions and team socials.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design end-to-end experiences for B2B software products—from research and discovery through to prototypes and polished UI.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product functionality.
- Create and maintain design systems, wireframes, and UI components using Figma.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business goals.
- Contribute to shaping the company’s design culture and UX best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong user research and testing background.
- Excellent proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
- Experience creating wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and UI component libraries.
- Startup or scale-up experience with a “get things done” mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
