Your Role:
- Independently execute customer projects in DevOps and cloud-native environments
- Build and operate modern, secure cloud platforms
- Support projects from presales through go-live
- Develop DevSecOps solutions and share expertise with clients
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Continuously improve existing customer environments
- Ensure compliance and security standards are met
Required Technical Skills:
- CI/CD pipelines and container platforms (Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Linux administration and Git workflows
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Exoscale)
- Security mindset: Zero-Trust, secrets management, DevSecOps, compliance
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Vault, Consul, Rancher, OpenShift, GitLab, Splunk, Snyk, Aikido, Checkmarx, Mondoo, Istio/Solo.io, Terraform Enterprise, Ansible Automation Platform
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in cloud/DevOps projects
- Strong hands-on technical expertise
- Security-focused with experience in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Enjoys consulting, enablement, and knowledge sharing
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Fluent German (C1+) and English (B2+)
