Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support financial transformation and automation initiatives. This role blends accounting knowledge with strong data, systems, and automation skills to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of financial processes across platforms like NetSuite and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the broader FP&A, Financial Transformation, and data analytics teams with various data processing, setup and reporting activities;
- Perform reconciliations of revenue datasets across multiple systems (e.g., contracts, billing platforms, CRM, ERP, and financial reporting tools)
- Assist in system testing and process changes to ensure new products, pricing models, or system updates are billed correctly
- Process raw datasets in format needed for analysis, system integration and deliverable format output;
- Support system implementations, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring financial data integrity and alignment with business needs.
- Analyze and process data for accuracy and quality assurance and consistency with financial metrics;
- Assist in documenting new processes, controls, and standard operating procedures.
- Preparation of monthly KPI and other operating metrics reporting;
- Coordinate with system and data leads to align financial and KPI data for financial reporting purposes and capabilities; and
- Support management with various financial and data-driven projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Accountancy (or equivalent) in related discipline (required);
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS environment;
- Knowledge of Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce (preferred).
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles and billing processes. accounting principles (US GAAP).
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages (PowerQuery)
- Familiarity with additional BI tools or data platforms
- Advanced Excel skills (required);
- Experience and strong skillset working with large and complex raw datasets, including data extraction, processing and setup (required);
- Experience and proficiency using accounting systems (NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.), analytics systems (Microsoft Power BI, Sigma, etc.), and other standard business enterprise systems (required);
- Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives; and
- Strong attention to detail and strong analytical ability.

- Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am PHT
