What will you do?
At INNOCV Solutions, we are growing and working on new projects. You will join one of our teams, which excels in the following areas:
- Design and define the frontend architecture using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Lead technical decision-making and guide development teams in best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, backend, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.
- Define reusable components, libraries, and tools to enhance developer productivity.
- Participate in project estimations, technical planning, and architecture discussions.
- 5 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in architecture roles.
- Expert knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and component-based architecture.
- Strong experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Web Performance Optimization, SSR/SSG, and frontend scalability.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development workflows.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Experience in Agile environments and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
