Our client, a growing chemical manufacturing company, is gearing up for phase two of their ERP go-live and seeking a seasoned ERP Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll design and build automated ERP data pipelines, custom integrations, and targeted system enhancements. As the ERP environment stabilizes, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute to broader technology and AI-driven initiatives that shape the company’s digital future.


Daily Responsibilities

  • Architecting and implementing ETL automation including staging schemas, import jobs, validations, and rollback recovery
  • Building ERP customizations such as screen and workflow changes, Generic Inquiry (GI) extensions, and .NET/C# development projects
  • Operationalizing system reliability through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and detailed runbooks
  • Supporting cutover and hypercare activities including mock loads, timed cutovers, rollback drills, and performance tuning
  • Collaborating across business and technical teams to ensure accurate data flow and system integrity


Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of software engineering experience focused on data engineering and systems design in an ERP environment (Acumatica preferred), ideally supporting manufacturing or distribution operations
  • Proven experience in ERP data migrations including staged loads and reconciliation with Finance
  • Expertise in SQL and data modeling with a focus on historical data management and accuracy
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Airflow, dbt, ADF, or SSIS
  • Strong API design and integration skills (REST/OData), including authentication and observability
  • Full-stack development experience using React or Vue with Node, .NET, or Python
  • C#/.NET full-stack proficiency with the ability to learn Acumatica customization techniques (Generic Inquiries, endpoints, screens)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis) and cloud data environments (Azure, AWS)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex/CLI) for productivity optimization
  • Background in configuring or evaluating AI-driven development tools for testing and documentation efficiency
