Summary of Job

Are you a detail-driven leader passionate about bringing digital projects to life? Tepia is seeking a remote Project Manager to guide our tech teams and clients from idea to execution. You’ll be the go-to for planning, communication, and delivery of our custom software solutions.

 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can quickly integrate into active projects with confidence and clarity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
  • Create wireframes or mockups as needed using Figma to translate client requirements into visual workflows
  • Use task management tools like ClickUp or Notion to manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams across all stages of the project
  • Lead meetings, manage feedback cycles, and document all updates clearly
  • Adapt between Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs
  • Ensure clear documentation, SOPs, and progress reporting to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Able to work 9:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with project management platforms like ClickUp, Notion, or similar
  • Figma fluency
  • 2+ years of experience managing software/tech projects
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Quick learner. Can be onboarded into new projects efficiently

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Laptop or desktop with at least 8GB RAM and SSD
  • Reliable internet connection (test required)
  • Working webcam and microphone for video calls
