Senior Golang Developer with Angular/React Experience

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at an European family-owned IT company delivering end-to-end digital solutions, services & consultancy, as a Golang Developer with Angular or React.

Main objectives

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Go microservices and responsive front-end applications, leveraging healthcare and business domain expertise, collaborating with distributed teams, ensuring seamless integrations, and continuously improving solutions through DevOps practices, test-driven development, and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for 2 projects for the same client.

For the first project:

• Maintain and expand Go services to create added value for end users
• Share knowledge and actively contribute to continuous improvement
• Design and create software based on functional analysis
• Write clean and readable code with test-driven development
• Implement and utilize healthcare sector expertise
• Collaborate with a remote Scrum team spread across Europe
• Ensure seamless integration with external applications
• Contribute to application lifecycle management and continuous integration
• Utilize DevOps tools for development and deployment
• Solve problems and think algorithmically

For the second project (for a Business Solution division based on Microsoft Products):

• Develop microservices in Go.
• Build responsive front-end apps with React (TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Design and integrate GraphQL APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and optimization.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality features.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Golang and familiarity with Google Cloud
• Experience with backend systems and application integration
• In-depth knowledge of relational and No-SQL databases
• Experience with REST and gRPC
• Experience with DevOps tools like Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab pipelines
• Previous experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks like Angular and Bootstrap
• Proficiency in the healthcare domain
• Strong team and communication skills
• Experience working in a Scrum environment and with remote teams
• Understanding of application lifecycle management and continuous integration tools
