DUTIES: With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for
the following: Architect and implement comprehensive functional test automation framework
using Playwright and Cucumber for end-to-end web and API testing. Design and present the
CNA functional testing transformation journey, introducing AI-driven solutions. Lead the
successful automation of ILAP & RST modules, achieving 100% automation coverage and
significantly improving test efficiency and reliability. Integrate automated testing workflows into
CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Concourse, reducing manual intervention and
accelerating release cycles. Develop advanced self-healing and accessibility-first automation
strategies, ensuring robust and WCAG-compliant test coverage. Mentor and training team
members on modern automation tools, AI-based testing approaches, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development, and QA teams to align testing
processes with project goals and customer requirements. Deliver actionable analytics and
reporting solutions to provide business users with insights into product quality and testing
outcomes. Deliver high-impact solutions, support proposals, and demonstrate business value
through POCs and successful project outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires Bachelor s Degree or foreign academic equivalent in Electronics
Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering,
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information
Science or related field. Requires 5 years of experience in job offered or as a Principal Software
Test Architect, Senior Principal Software Test Architect, Senior Test Architect, Senior SDET,
Senior Test Architect, Associate Test Manager, Sr. QA Engineer, Lead/Lead- Testing, QA
Engineer, or a related field. Required experience must include experience in Selenium Grid,
Selenium WebDriver, Appium, OATS, Oracle EBS R12. Requires relocation to unanticipated
client sites throughout the United States.
