Responsibilities:
- Provide third-level support for security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection tools
- Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex security incidents
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses; define mitigation strategies
- Support implementation of internal security policies and compliance standards
- Run regular audits and system health checks to validate protection mechanisms
- Participate in projects related to system protection tool rollout and enhancement
- Train and support 1st and 2nd level support teams on cybersecurity best practices
- Maintain documentation of security setups, processes, and procedures
- Monitor cybersecurity trends and emerging threats to drive innovation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Protection or Cybersecurity, especially in 2nd/3rd level support roles
- Experience administering at least one of the following: CrowdStrike or Trellix ACC
- Additional experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection tools is a plus
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g. PowerShell or Python) for automation
- Strong knowledge of threat modeling, risk management, and incident response
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (minimum B2); cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
