Responsibilities:

• Provide third-level support for security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection tools
• Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex security incidents
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses; define mitigation strategies
• Support implementation of internal security policies and compliance standards
• Run regular audits and system health checks to validate protection mechanisms
• Participate in projects related to system protection tool rollout and enhancement
• Train and support 1st and 2nd level support teams on cybersecurity best practices
• Maintain documentation of security setups, processes, and procedures
• Monitor cybersecurity trends and emerging threats to drive innovation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Protection or Cybersecurity, especially in 2nd/3rd level support roles
• Experience administering at least one of the following: CrowdStrike or Trellix ACC
• Additional experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection tools is a plus
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g. PowerShell or Python) for automation
• Strong knowledge of threat modeling, risk management, and incident response
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (minimum B2); cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
