NOC Engineer

Responsibilities
- Remotely monitor network connectivity and speed
- Go on-site if there is a critical situation
- Remote troubleshooting of network and systems issues
- Lead and partake in incident response
- Perform a route cause analysis, and escalate to the engineering team when needed
- Report to the Network Operations Senior Manager
Must-Haves
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Support role
Experience troubleshooting the following technologies:
- Cisco IOS routing and switching
- Windows, Office 365, and Microsoft Exchange
- VMware
Good-to-haves
- Familiarity with HA concepts and technology
Shifts
There are 3 options:
- 7 am – 3.30 pm Mon-Fri
- 7 pm - 7.30 am Mon-Fri
- 7 pm – 7.30 am Fri-Sun
