Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager (TPM) with deep technical expertise and a strong background in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and modern delivery practices. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position for someone who can navigate complex technical environments, anticipate engineering challenges, and drive execution across multiple teams and programs.

The role requires the ability to manage large-scale technical initiatives, collaborate closely with engineering leaders, and communicate effectively with both technical and senior business stakeholders. Experience in investment banking or large financial services is highly valued due to the complexity, scale, and regulatory nature of the environment.

The Role:

  • Own and drive complex engineering programs across Cloud, DevSecOps, Infrastructure Modernization, and Platform Engineering.
  • Translate strategic objectives from the CTO and VPs of Engineering into structured, actionable delivery plans.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to identify technical challenges, architectural constraints, and delivery risks - and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
  • Manage programs focused on developer enablement, Internal Developer Platforms, automation-first transformation, and shift-left engineering.
  • Coordinate with Security, Architecture, SRE, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment on standards and roadmaps.
  • Drive delivery of AI- and automation-led engineering models to improve productivity, quality, and predictability.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to executive stakeholders, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic impacts.
  • Foster collaboration across engineering squads, product teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and accountability.

What You Will Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Solutions Architect leading large, complex delivery programs.
  • Strong technical foundation in Cloud Engineering (Azure preferred), DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern SDLC practices.
  • Proven ability to understand architectural designs, technical trade-offs, and implementation challenges.
  • Experience managing programs in investment banking or financial services is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success working with senior technology leaders, including CTO-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive clarity from ambiguity and align diverse teams around shared outcomes.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills—capable of influencing both engineers and executives.
  • Experience in developer platform initiatives (IDP), automation, SRE, or cloud-native modernization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven engineering, intelligent automation, or AIOps is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and delivery skills, with a track record of shipping complex programs on time.

We’re grateful for your interest in joining our team. Kindly note that only applicants whose experience and qualifications most closely align with the role will be contacted for the next steps. Thank you for your understanding.
