Job Title: Network Support Engineer (Weekend (Thurs to Monday) – Remote)

Location: Remote within India

You’ll work across complex, high-performance network environments built on proprietary hardware and software. This role offers hands-on experience with Routing, Switching, Wireless, DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN, giving you the opportunity to work at the forefront of enterprise networking from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality remote network support to enterprise customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex routing, switching, wireless, and security problems across LAN and WAN environments
  • Support and resolve incidents related to DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to escalate and document product issues, driving improvement and innovation
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement within the Network Support Division


Desirable Certifications:

  • Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or Juniper (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) in Routing & Switching or Wireless


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent English communication skills. Clear, respectful, and proactive communication is essential to maintaining strong client and customer relationships.
  • Strong technical knowledge across Routing, Switching, and Wireless (LAN/WAN)
  • Experience supporting DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN solutions
  • Proven troubleshooting and analytical ability within large-scale enterprise networks
  • Strong documentation and collaboration skills
  • Self-driven, reliable, and adaptable to remote working environments
