Job Description
A leading digital banking and payments company is seeking a Product Strategy Analyst to support the development and optimization of innovative financial products and services that meet evolving customer needs in the payments ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll help enhance product performance, drive strategic initiatives, and support roadmaps that enhance the company’s competitive position in the marketplace.
🗺️ Location: 100% Remote – U.S. based only
📄 Contract: 12 months to start – potential to extend or convert
💼 Employment Type: W2 only – sponsorship not available
💵 Hourly Rate: $62/hr
🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic product plans for new launches, product enhancements, and line extensions.
- Track and analyze key product performance metrics including financial data, customer trends, and usage behavior to inform decision-making.
- Define and align product roadmaps with organizational goals, customer expectations, and market shifts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to facilitate onboarding and go-to-market planning.
- Serve as the product lead for cross-functional teams including Legal, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive developments, and customer insights to drive continuous product innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management, product strategy, or related experience within the financial services, payments, or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including APIs, partners, and industry platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, with hands-on experience in JIRA, customer portals, and API management workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to connect data insights to strategic plans.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with collaboration and mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Figma
- Familiarity with digital financial products and customer experience design
