We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative ERP Business Analyst / Scrum Master to lead the implementation of an ERP system across a network of remote manufacturing and distribution facilities. This hybrid role combines business analysis and agile project management, with a strong focus on data mapping, data migration, and process documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting ERP rollouts in complex, multi-site environments and be comfortable working remotely across time zones.
Key ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation & Analysis- Lead data mapping between legacy systems and the ERP platform
- Manage data migration activities including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
- Document current and future-state business processes and system configurations
- Gather and analyze ERP requirements from stakeholders across remote facilities
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories and system specifications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate ERP implementation timelines and deliverables across distributed teams
- Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong background in data mapping, data migration, and process documentation
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master on ERP or technology projects
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment across time zones
- Experience coordinating across multiple remote sites or facilities
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience with Acumatica or willingness to learn the platform
- Familiarity with system integration, manufacturing workflows, and reporting tools
