Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO)

Scaling agentic AI vendor are looking for a Chief Technology & Product Officer to shape their platform, build world-class teams, and lead the company in the next stage of their journey in the insurance industry.

The Role

As CTPO, you’ll own the full product and technology strategy — from vision and architecture to delivery and culture. Working closely with the CEO, commercial leaders, and customers, you’ll translate ideas into impact — scaling architecture, building product excellence, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set the vision: Define what Agentic AI means for the future of insurance and turn that into a clear, customer-led roadmap.
• Build & scale the platform: Develop the platform’s five key layers — from the AI engine and skills library to integrations and user workspace — supporting end-to-end, human-supervised workflows.
• Deliver reliability and trust: Design for enterprise-grade performance, security, and compliance in line with GDPR, DORA, and the EU AI Act.
• Create rhythm & results: Establish a fast, focused release cadence, with clear metrics around ROI, uptime, and customer outcomes.
• Build teams that thrive: Grow a distributed Product, Engineering, and AI/ML organisation built on ownership, trust, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Executive-level experience as a CTO, CPO, or CTPO in B2B SaaS or AI, ideally in regulated industries like insurance or financial services.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, MLOps, and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, event-driven systems, streaming).
• A track record of building composable platforms with strong governance and security.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/SOC standards, GDPR, DORA, and EU AI Act compliance.
• A hands-on, pragmatic leadership style and experience scaling distributed teams across time zones.
