The developers you’ll hire will make critical contributions to our web SDK, the technology that powers interactive, story-driven experiences for millions of users around the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for predominantly .NET / C# and related engineering roles.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals and smart networking.
  • Find people who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, tech-driven environments.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to shape briefs, interviews and offers.
  • Share market insights and salary intelligence to keep our hiring sharp.
  • Report weekly on progress, challenges and wins.
  • You’ll have everything you need to succeed - sourcing tools, employer-brand support and access to a collaborative team that moves quickly.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in technical recruiting, ideally within a startup or high-growth tech company.
  • Proven success hiring developers.
  • Ideally, you’ve also recruited for engineering leadership positions - such as Engineering Managers or Tech Leads - and know how to identify technical depth and leadership potential.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing in Central & Eastern Europe (Poland, Hungary, Romania etc.).
  • Ability to work independently is essential - you’re confident managing your own workflow, priorities and results in a fully remote setup.
  • Excellent English; another European language is a plus.
  • Organised, proactive and adaptable - thrives under pace and change.
  • Genuine passion for technology and innovation - you get excited by the kinds of products and people we build with.
