Junior Operations Integrator (Open Systems)
Location: Full remote in Portugal
Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), French is a plus
We’re looking for a Junior Operations Integrator to support production operations, batch scheduling, incident handling, and performance optimization. You’ll act as Level 2 Support, ensuring compliance with DevOps best practices and contributing to continuous improvement.
Main tools: Linux/Windows, Control-M, CFT/Connect:Direct, Tomcat/Apache, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Dynatrace, ServiceNow
Your tasks:
- Monitor and execute batch jobs (Control-M)
- Troubleshoot incidents and file transfer issues
- Deploy and configure middleware and cloud resources
- Optimize processes and improve performance
- Support deployments and planned interventions
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with internal/external teams
Nice to have: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible
