Junior Operations Integrator (Open Systems)
Location: Full remote in Portugal

We are looking for a Junior Operations Integrator specialized in Open Systems environments.
You will support production operability, batch scheduling, and incident handling, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
This role involves assisting in end-to-end responsibilities (Build – Industrialization – Run), ensuring compliance with DevOps best practices, and participating in operational activities across various systems and platforms.

Linux/Windows administration, Control-M, CFT/Connect:Direct, Tomcat/Apache (IAS), AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Dynatrace, ServiceNow
Technical Prerequisites
- Operating Systems: Linux & Windows (Level 2 – practical)
- Middleware: Tomcat, Apache (Level 2)
- Batch Scheduling: Control-M (Level 2)
- File Transfer: CFT / Connect:Direct (Level 2)
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP (Level 2)
- Container Orchestration: Kubernetes (Level 2)
- Monitoring & ITSM: Dynatrace (Level 2), ServiceNow (Level 1)
- Automation & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD (nice to have)
Key Responsibilities
- Support batch job execution and scheduling using Control-M.
- Assist in incident handling (job failures, SLA breaches, dependency issues).
- Manage system resources and troubleshoot file transfer issues.
- Participate in middleware and cloud resource deployment.
- Contribute to automation, security, and observability aligned with DevOps principles.
- Maintain documentation and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
