For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of
Infrastructure Administrator
- Location: 100% remote (possible hybrid from Rzeszów)
- Job type: B2B contract via Hays
- Length: long-term cooperation
- Rate: 100-110 pln/h net + vat
- Start date: December 2025/January 2026
- Tech stack: Windows Server (Active Directory, File Server, Certificate Services), VMware, Veeam, monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana), PowerShell/Bash, Linux, Azure
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of on-premise infrastructure based on Windows Server technologies (Active Directory, File Server, Certificate Services)
- Strong experience with virtualization platforms
- Hands-on experience with backup and monitoring solutions
- Experience in server/application/database migration
- Fluency in English (min. B2 level)
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems
- Knowledge of Azure public cloud
- German language skills will be a strong asset
Responsibilities:
- Create, develop and oversee infrastructure in both on-premise and public cloud environments
- Participate in migration projects (e.g. on-premise to cloud, IT carve-out)
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud providers
- Work closely with other IT Administrators and Architects
- Prepare prototypes and proof of concepts (PoC) aligned with internal architecture and client requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation
