SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Lead – Abu Dhabi
Senior SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Professional required to join a large end user in Abu Dhabi.
Long term contract (12 months +) working on cutting edge SAP programs focused on Automation, AI & Intelligence products. The is a business focused position role which requires a senior candidate who can easily bridge the gap between the SAP teams and the business to explain the benefits and values of products and the solution.
Excellent monthly salary in AED, visa sponsorship, insurances, annual leave, and air tickets etc.
Key experience required:
- Senior experience working with HCM technologies
- Proven experience working on multiple SAP HCM & SuccessFactors projects – S4 HCM for PA, Time & Payroll and SuccessFactors for Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, Succession Planning and PMGM
- Strong stakeholder management & client facing experience
- Strong business knowledge – able to clearly work with the business to explain the benefit and value or products
- Team leadership
- S/4 HANA experience
- Fluent English language skills
