As an Embedded Software Developer at intive, you will be working on cutting-edge connectivity solutions for embedded Linux systems. You’ll contribute to the development and configuration of wireless communication modules, ensuring seamless integration between Wi-Fi and mobile networks in embedded environments. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of smart devices used in real-world applications. This is fully remote option for people located in Poland.

What You Will Be Doing

• Integrating WLAN module drivers and managing connectivity logic (Wi-Fi ↔ Mobile)
• Implementing fallback mechanisms and reporting signal strength, IP, and gateway status
• Configuring mobile network modems (e.g., Telit ME910G1) for Cat-M1 and NB-IoT connectivity
• Enabling modem firmware updates as part of software releases
• Investigating and resolving issues such as modem resets under high data traffic
  
  

You’re a Good Match If You Have

• Experience working with embedded Linux systems, preferably using Yocto
• Hands-on knowledge of Wi-Fi configuration in embedded environments
• Practical experience with mobile network modems, especially Telit ME910G1 or similar
• Ability to measure and interpret SINR and RSSI values for cellular networks
• Familiarity with firmware update processes for embedded devices
• Problem-solving skills in debugging connectivity and performance issues
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional team
