Sr. Full Stack Developer (.NET / React / API)
Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid or Remote Local/Relocation Preferred)
Duration: 18 months + extensions (long-term contract, possible perm)

About The Role
We re looking for a Sr. Full Stack Developer with strong .NET Core, React, and API integration experience to join our engineering team supporting a leading nonprofit organization.
This role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices while collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about clean code and modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET (C#), React, and SQL Server
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with CloudBees (Jenkins Cloud) and TFS
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Architecture, DevOps)
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- 4 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience
- Strong hands-on skills in .NET Core / C# and React.js (v17 or v18)
- Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL) and data modeling
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations
- Experience with CI/CD, OpenShift, CloudBees (Jenkins Cloud), or TFS
- Solid understanding of Entity Framework, Design Patterns, and Performance Optimization
- Familiar with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development
- Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT for code assistance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Agile/Scrum experience
