Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Engineer - Blockchain - this is an onsite position in New York.
We are building an encrypted blockchain. We’re looking for a senior engineer to join us in New York City.
You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team of seven engineers who combine deep expertise in cryptography, compilers, and distributed systems. Our team includes industry veterans from titans like Wintermute and standout talent from institutions like Stanford.
We’re backed by a16z and Polychain. They capitalized us with a few years of runway.
Hard Requirements
Experience in either Rust, C, or C++
2+ years of software engineering experience; 4+ preferred
Understands the commitment required to make a startup succeed
Strong communication skills
You work independently to bring hard tasks to completion
You do not need to be crypto native
Located in NYC or willing to relocate (this is not a remote position!)
Preferred Qualifications
Worked at a startup or on a small team before
Experience with Ethereum ecosystem, especially Solidity, reth & the EVM
Bonus points if you have experience with trusted execution environments, yocto or bitbake
