Microsoft Support Engineer (Full-time, Remote)

We are now seeking a Microsoft Support Engineer with deep expertise in Intune and endpoint management to join our growing team. This is a full-time, fully remote role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Device Management: Enroll, configure, and maintain Windows 11, macOS, and iOS devices at enterprise scale using Intune.
  • Enrollment Policies: Design, implement, and manage enrollment policies, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding of devices.
  • App Packaging & Deployment: Create and maintain Win32 app packaging using Intune and PSADT. Perform advanced MSI editing with tools such as Orca and Master Packager.
  • Autopilot: Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Autopilot, including ESP management, user-driven enrollments, and remediation of Autopilot build issues.
  • App Protection & Security Policies: Configure, manage, and support app protection policies across Windows, macOS, and iOS environments.
  • Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Graph API for reporting, bulk remediation, and configuration.
  • Security & Patching: Configure and manage Autopatch and Windows Update for Business. Oversee patch policies and security release management for Windows, iOS, and macOS endpoints.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows 11 and macOS environments, including deep log analysis (event logs, registry, app install logs).
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize Aternity (desired) or similar tools for monitoring, diagnostics, and endpoint performance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Intune device management at enterprise scale (Windows, macOS, iOS).
  • Strong hands-on experience in creating and managing enrollment policies.
  • Demonstrable experience with Win32 app packaging (Intune + PSADT, MSI editing with Orca/Master Packager).
  • Hands-on experience with Autopilot deployments and troubleshooting.
  • Deep knowledge of app protection policies.
  • Strong PowerShell and Graph API scripting skills for automation and remediation.
  • Solid understanding of security patching across Windows, macOS, and iOS using Autopatch and Windows Update for Business.
  • Advanced troubleshooting expertise in Windows 11 and macOS environments.
  • Desired: Experience using Aternity for endpoint monitoring and reporting.
