What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer focussed on Design Systems to take a leading role in maintaining, scaling, and evolving our global design system across web, mobile, and TV platforms.

You’ll act as the design system lead day-to-day — ensuring our foundations, components, and workflows are consistent, documented, and scalable — while also contributing to broader product design initiatives when system work slows down.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design craft, systems thinking, and collaboration. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to deliver high-quality, consistent user experiences.

This position is fully remote within our hubs in Cyprus, Spain, Poland, and Ukraine. We also welcome applicants from outside these locations who are open to relocating to one of them.

What You’ll Do

• Design System Leadership: Lead the continued development of our design system, setting direction for tokens, components, and governance.
• Design Token Management: Evolve, map, and maintain global tokens across multiple platforms.
• Component Development: Design, document, and iterate on shared UI components in Figma, partnering with Engineers for code alignment.
• Workflow Automation: Support the integration of automated design-to-code workflows and tooling.
• Documentation: Maintain clear, accessible documentation in Figma and Confluence (guidelines, patterns, principles).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate the design system working group and align with global stakeholders on priorities and adoption.
• Team Support: Contribute to product or feature design initiatives during quieter system cycles, bringing a systems-informed perspective to everyday design challenges.
  
  

About You

• 5+ years of Product or UI Design experience, with deep focus on Design Systems.
• Expert in Figma (libraries, tokens, variants, component properties).
• Strong understanding of multi-platform design (web, iOS, Android, TV).
• Comfortable working closely with Engineers on design-to-code workflows.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to lead discussions across design, engineering, and product.
• Experienced in creating and maintaining design documentation and governance structures.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, React Native).
• Experience in global or multi-brand design systems.
• Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design.
