QA Manager - Java | BDD | CI/CD | API Framework
Salary: 30 - 35,000 AED per month
Location: Abu Dhabi, hybrid (relocation package details below)
Our client is an innovator in the Cyber Security industry delivering advanced software solutions. They are seeking a QA Engineering Manager to lead and scale quality initiatives, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement across engineering projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong technical background in QA automation, backend testing, and BDD frameworks, who can drive both strategy and execution.
Required Experience:
- 10 years of professional experience & 3 years in leadership
- Hands-on experience with Java, Cucumber, BDD Framework, CI/CD
- Experience in QA strategy, policies, and process implementation
- Managed large test frameworks and defined coding standards
- Experience in root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality audits (ISO / Six Sigma)
- Any experience with AI or Mobile in QA is beneficial but not essential
