- Type: Contract-to-hire, goal to convert to full-time.

- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, Newark, NJ), strictly enforced.
Full-Stack Engineer
- Front-End: React (primary), Angular (transitioning), JS, Java, Python
- Back-End: Java (Spring Boot/Batch), Python, API dev
- Databases: DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB
- AWS Tools: Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis, SNS/SQS, CloudWatch, S3, EC2, API Gateway
- Frontend: Backend split: ~50/50
Additional Notes
- Domain Experience: Nice-to-have (retirement/financial), not required.
- Team Focus: App modernization, web credential modernization, strategic tech stack.
- Recruiting Guidance: Act fast, avoid candidates already advanced with TA; relocation at candidate expense.
- No immediate Scrum Master or RTE openings.
- Role breakdown & teams to be shared in upcoming session.
