Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect with expertise in software, machine learning (ML), Cloud, and SaaS solutions to join a dynamic consulting team. This role involves designing and leading complex architecture projects that blend internal SaaS product development with external client solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, architect scalable and secure systems, and collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive value and growth. Work in a lean, agile environment with some of the smartest minds in the industry on interesting, high-impact projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Technical Solution Architect focusing on software, ML, Cloud, and SaaS
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), SaaS platforms, and API-based integrations
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks, data analytics, and cloud-based ML services
- Solid experience designing scalable, reliable, and secure software and data solutions, including microservices, data pipelines, and SaaS integrations
- Experience leading offshore or distributed teams is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, technical needs, and data challenges to craft comprehensive solutions
- Design end-to-end architecture for software applications, ML models, data pipelines, and analytics platforms emphasizing scalability and security
- Lead technical implementation, coordinating with development teams, data engineers, and ML scientists
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate cloud services, SaaS platforms, and ML frameworks based on project needs
- Develop architecture documentation including diagrams, specifications, and technical guides
- Conduct architecture reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and provide guidance on security and compliance
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into designs
- Mentor offshore teams, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation
