The Role
About This Role
The Custom Illustrator plays a pivotal role in crafting unique and personalized both vector and digital illustrations tailored to meet the diverse creative needs of Design Pickle’s clients. This position involves creating custom visual elements that enhance and individualize brand messaging and storytelling.
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Location: Remote, open to candidates in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, or India.
What You’ll Do
- Work proficiently with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create both vector graphics and digital paintings.
- Engage regularly with clients, team coordinators, quality specialists, and other creatives to ensure seamless workflow and project success.
- Directly interact with Design Pickle’s clients to understand their specific requests, set realistic delivery expectations, and provide exceptional custom illustrations using Vector Graphics or Digital Paintings
- Work closely with team coordinators and quality specialists to ensure that custom illustrations meet client specifications and align with brand aesthetics.
- Produce custom, one-of-a-kind vector illustrations and digital paintings that resonate with the client’s messaging and brand identity, enhancing the storytelling process.
- Translate client ideas and concepts into visually compelling and original custom illustrations.
- Organize and maintain custom illustration assets efficiently for seamless workflow and future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest illustration techniques and industry trends to deliver cutting-edge, high-quality custom illustrations.
- Adapt to additional service requirements as specified by the client, ensuring a tailored and unique creative output.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating custom illustrations.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both vector and digital illustration techniques.
- Experience in conceptualizing and producing unique illustrations based on client requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective project management.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency (Upper Intermediate B2 English level), both orally and in writing, for effective client communication and seamless team interactions.
