Profile Requirements:


  • Experience: 2.5–5 years in graphic design, preferably in real estate marketing, luxury branding, or e-commerce.
  • Portfolio Strength: Proven ability to create visually compelling, brand-consistent work across multiple formats.
  • Tools Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other modern design tools.
  • Taste & Judgment: Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout; familiarity with luxury brand design standards.
  • Communication & Feedback: Comfortable voicing creative opinions, defending design decisions, and collaborating across teams.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-focused, and able to take ownership without constant oversight.


Core responsibilities:


  • Creative Execution: Design marketing materials, social content, presentations, and brand assets for both real estate and fine jewelry projects.
  • Luxury Branding Support: Assist in translating creative direction into assets that reflect a premium, sustainable jewelry brand targeting U.S. consumers.
  • Real Estate Visuals: Support production of polished presentations, brochures, and visual materials that elevate commercial brokerage branding.
  • Collaboration: Work with senior designers, copywriters, and leadership to deliver consistent brand-aligned creative work.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take responsibility for assigned projects, proactively raising issues, offering design solutions, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Multi-Platform Design: Deliver assets optimized for web, social, email, and print, maintaining high standards of design and technical execution.
