Role - Android Mobile Software Engineer (Kotlin)

Pay - $200 per hour
We’re hiring experienced Android mobile engineers with expertise in Kotlin or React Native to support high-impact research collaborations with leading AI labs. You’ll help improve AI systems by extending coding benchmarks that reflect real-world mobile development across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate coding benchmarks in Kotlin or React Native
- Curate tasks, solutions, and test suites from real-world Android repositories
- Ensure benchmarks include robust unit and integration tests for verification
- Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for reliability and reproducibility
- Provide structured feedback on solution clarity and Android best practices
Ideal Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience as an Android mobile engineer at a top tech company or as a mobile freelancer
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin
- Hands-on experience with debugging, testing, and validating mobile applications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain technical reasoning clearly
Project Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: 1 month
- Commitment: Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
- Schedule: Fully remote and flexible
Compensation & Contract
- $90/hr base pay + lucrative bonus per approved task (approx. 1 hour each)
- Median pay including bonuses: ~$200/hr
- Independent contractor role
- Daily payments via Stripe Connect
