Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate coding benchmarks in Kotlin or React Native
• Curate tasks, solutions, and test suites from real-world Android repositories
• Ensure benchmarks include robust unit and integration tests for verification
• Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for reliability and reproducibility
• Provide structured feedback on solution clarity and Android best practices

Ideal Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience as an Android mobile engineer at a top tech company or as a mobile freelancer
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin
• Hands-on experience with debugging, testing, and validating mobile applications
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain technical reasoning clearly

Project Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 1 month
• Commitment: Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
• Schedule: Fully remote and flexible

Compensation & Contract

• $90/hr base pay + lucrative bonus per approved task (approx. 1 hour each)
• Median pay including bonuses: ~$200/hr
• Independent contractor role
• Daily payments via Stripe Connect
