About The Role
As a key member of Crowe's AI Transformation team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated data pipelines and ETL processes that facilitate seamless data integration, cleansing, and transformation. Your expertise will support the deployment of AI models and data-driven solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to implement scalable and efficient data solutions utilizing advanced tools such as Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and SQL databases. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing data architectures, ensuring data quality, and fostering automation across the data lifecycle. This role requires proactive engagement with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics and reports, ultimately empowering our clients through innovative data solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data pipeline creation
- Proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI
- Experience in data cleaning, harmonization, and managing complex data integrations
- Solid understanding of data fabric concepts and related implementations
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data pipelines for AI and analytics projects
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs
- Leadership, mentorship, or people management experience
- Experience guiding projects demonstrating senior-level judgment and accountability
Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain data fabric architectures to streamline data access and management
- Identify opportunities for data optimization, quality improvement, and automation
- Facilitate deployment and integration of AI models ensuring data quality and compatibility
- Engage with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver impactful analytics and reports
- Proactively monitor and enhance data processes to ensure efficiency and reliability
- Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
