A key figure in their founding GTM team is a Revenue Operations Lead who will work alongside the founders to build the foundation of RevOps for Peec and its team.


Peec is a leading solution in helping companies get found on AI search engines, it's leading where the new SEO / GEO motion is going, and is building the leading marketing AI platform for the AI era.


Role Description

This is a strategic role responsible for building the Revenue Operations function from scratch. You will own the architecture, reporting systems, and tech stack that drive alignment and performance across Marketing, Sales, and Operations as the company scales.


  • Establish scalable onboarding and performance frameworks for Marketing and Sales
  • Build and own the company-wide RevOps data architecture and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain reporting models for all GTM functions
  • Implement and manage the RevOps tech stack
  • Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and enhance performance
  • Ensure data consistency and reporting alignment across internal and external stakeholders


Note: Peec has a beautiful office in PLB, Berlin, where the team likes to come together daily.


Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (Sales & Marketing Ops)
  • Proven experience building RevOps infrastructure from scratch at SaaS companies
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (dashboards, reporting, automation)
  • Data-literate with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Clay, Apollo, and n8n
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced GTM environments
  • Strong work ethic and ability to operate in a demanding, high-performance culture


Salary & Benefits: Salary Range: €90,000 – €130,000 + 20% variable + equity
