β Responsibilities
βοΈ Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
βοΈ Deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
βοΈ Define the product strategy and roadmap
βοΈ Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to the teams
βοΈ Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
βοΈ Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
βοΈ Drive product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members
β Requirements
βοΈ A minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry - is a must. We will not be able to consider resumes without this experience.
βοΈ Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
βοΈ Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
βοΈ Data analytics skills
βοΈ Market and competitive analysis
βοΈ Strong problem-solving skills
βοΈ Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

βοΈ Good understanding of online Casino operation
βοΈ Understanding of responsible gambling MGA, SGA, DGA etc.)
