Technical Lead, Remote, Up to $200K base, Typescript and Golang, Blockchain experience is needed
A well-funded blockchain startup is building next-generation cross-chain infrastructure that connects AI, financial applications, and decentralized systems. They’re looking for a Technical Lead to architect and guide the development of their infrastructure
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural decisions, code reviews, and uphold strong engineering standards
- Collaborate with product, research, and protocol teams to align technical direction with product goals
- Ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance across distributed environments
- Shape economic and incentive mechanisms for network participation
- Stay hands-on with coding, prototyping, and solving complex technical challenges
Requirements:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, networking, or large-scale infrastructure
- Experience with smart contracts, on-chain execution, or cryptoeconomics
- Strong proficiency in Typescript and Go (Rust is a plus)
- Proven track record leading globally distributed teams
- Ability to simplify complex systems and drive solutions from concept to delivery
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Nice to have:
- Experience with MEV strategies, setworks, or competitive auction systems
- Knowledge of cross-chain messaging or cryptographic signature aggregation
- Background in AI/ML applied to optimization or trading problems
- Previous contributions to open-source or Web3 projects
