We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with 7+ years of staffing industry experience to join our fully remote national sales team. You will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market share across the U.S.. The role is focused on new client acquisition—ideal for a true hunter with a passion for driving growth.
Tasks
We’re looking for an experienced AI Systems Engineer to design, build, and scale advanced AI-powered systems. You’ll combine your Rails expertise with deep knowledge of LLMs and ML infrastructure to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. From agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration to RAG pipelines and voice-based learning agents—you’ll have ownership from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement LLM-powered agentic workflows for real-world tasks.
- Build organization-specific customization layers and AI safety systems.
- Develop voice- and message-based AI learning agents.
- Architect and maintain RAG, vector search, and evaluation pipelines.
- Collaborate with founders, engineers, and clients to shape product direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years ML experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- 2+ years with LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Expert Rails engineer (REST APIs, PostgreSQL, ActiveRecord, RSpec).
- Proven track record building and deploying production AI systems.
- Familiarity with LangChain / LlamaIndex (or ability to ramp quickly).
- Strong communicator and collaborator, thrives in fast-moving environments.
