Job Description
I’m working with an excited start-up operating in the identity and access management space, as they look to onboard a Solutions Engineer to work remotely within the US to solve real customer problems.
The company
The company was founded 5 years ago by industry veterans that identified a modern-day threat powered by AI. They are on a mission to ensure account recovery is secure from outside attacks.
Currently a team of 30, they are looking to expand before the end of the year and are on track to tripling their revenue by the end of 2026. They work with some of the world’s largest and most well-known businesses across various industries.
The role
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues that block customer integrations or deployments. You’ll troubleshoot and debug issues, provide quick solutions and work closely with the engineering team to ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested before deployment.
This is a client facing role, so you’ll need to be confident with communicating too.
- They use Golang as their core language, but you’ll need to be comfortable in a few of the other common platforms their customers use (Python, Java etc)
- You’ll need experience in identity platforms like Okta, Auth0, Microsoft Entra and IAM stacks
- You’ll need 2–5 years in technical support engineering as well as a computer Science degree
On offer is a salary up to $160K plus benefits.
The business operate fully remotely & are able to hire US citizens or green card holders.
