Job Description

About Our Startup

We’re Our Startup, an AI technology company creating intelligent, one-click tools that enhance image and video quality through deep learning. Over one million photographers, designers, and creative professionals rely on our software — including teams at Google, Nvidia, NASA, and more. We’ve processed over one billion images, achieved 1000% revenue growth in just four years, and we’re still at the beginning of our journey.

The Role: Software Engineer

We’re searching for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to help shape our flagship desktop applications. You’ll play a key role in developing Our Photo AI or Our Video AI, owning significant parts of the experience depending on your strengths — whether in frontend, backend, or full stack development. Your work will have an immediate and visible impact on real users who love what we build.

Why Join Us

  • 🚀 Explosive growth and huge opportunity for impact: $3M → $45M in revenue within five years
  • 🌎 Trusted by over 1 million customers, including Apple, NASA, and Netflix — with coverage from Fast Company, The Verge, Engadget, Mashable, and BBC
  • 💪 World-class engineering culture that ships weekly, obsesses over user experience, and promotes from within
  • 💰 Profitable and self-sustaining company with unlimited runway

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in C++ or JavaScript
  • Experience building customer-facing products with a strong sense of user experience
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Exceptional work ethic and ownership mentality
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • (Bonus: experience with Qt (C++/QML), image or video processing, or an interest in photography)

The top “soft skills” we’re looking for are a shipping mindset and a strong work ethic. This is a mission-critical role that offers a front-row seat to how a top-tier engineering team builds products that are truly best in class.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus meaningful equity that grows with the company
  • 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 15 days of PTO annually, plus paid holidays
  • 401(k) matching
  • Full-time, on-site role in Dallas, TX (relocation assistance available)
