Role: DevOps Engineer
Client: AT&T
Preferred Locations: ATL or Dallas (Atlanta preferred; relocation within about 2 weeks of offer)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3.5 years
Contract : W2
Key Skills: Kubernetes, Service Bus, Containers, Azure Monitor
Additional Requirement:
Would like to see Java experience as we will pivot this resource once the platform is built out.
Job Description:
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps ADO preferred)
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell Python preferred)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Version control systems (Git, SVN)
- Automated testing and deployment strategies
- Understanding of security best practices in DevOps environments
