Product Owner (Remote - US)

Accountabilities:

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog across multiple products, clarifying requirements, defining MVPs, and developing roadmaps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, requirements, and success metrics
• Translate complex requirements into actionable work items for developers and testers
• Demonstrate product functionality and progress to stakeholders regularly
• Work closely with Scrum Masters to ensure execution aligns with product scope and objectives
• Collect and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve product outcomes
• Align technical execution with business priorities and organizational strategy
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years managing product requirements and backlogs
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodology and Lean-Agile principles
• Proven ability to break down complex requirements into actionable deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams effectively
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S., with eligibility for federal Public Trust clearance
• Experience with government agencies, particularly CMS, is a plus
