Product and Engineering (Remote - US)

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain data-driven and software products
• Ensure data reliability, quality, and integrity across all systems
• Participate in the development of machine learning pipelines and analytics solutions
• Translate complex business and operational challenges into scalable technical solutions
• Contribute to creating an inclusive workspace where all team members can actively participate
• Support product and engineering initiatives through coding, analysis, and process improvement

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to innovate on data and product challenges
• Passion for progressive, philanthropic, and social impact initiatives
• Technical proficiency in Python, Pandas, PySpark, SQL, or R (depending on the role)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud and big data tools
• Experience in machine learning operations (MLOps) and analytics platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
