This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that empower development teams to deliver software efficiently and reliably. You will focus on automation, performance, and security, while collaborating closely with engineering, security, and operations teams. The position requires proactive problem-solving and innovation to enhance system reliability, optimize cost, and streamline deployment processes. You will contribute to shaping the developer experience, ensuring high availability and robust operational practices. Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure repeatable, scalable deployments
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and minimize downtime
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and disaster recovery mechanisms to maintain high system reliability
- Optimize cloud resource utilization for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability, leveraging auto-scaling and caching strategies
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to align DevOps strategies with business objectives
- Mentor and guide team members on DevOps best practices and automation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, pipelines, and developer workflows
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Expertise with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
- Strong software development skills, preferably in Python, with experience contributing to large codebases
- Deep understanding of security best practices, IAM, encryption, network security, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills for distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $190,000 USD
