main- Coordinate distributed teams across Europe, the US, and APAC regions- Maintain full ownership of project scope, schedule, and budget perform
ance- Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and risk regis
ters- Collaborate with architecture, operations, and product teams to align technical roadmaps- Drive execution in Agile or hybrid delivery environm
ents- Prepare detailed progress and financial reports for senior leader
ship- Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and retrospectives across remote t
eams- Ensure alignment with enterprise PMO and compliance stand

🧭 You b
ring:- 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in payments, fintech, or banking- Proven record managing international or distributed project
teams- Strong organisational and communication skills, including stakeholder management at executive level- Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Prince2, P
MBoK)- Ability to manage medium-to-large projects (100k–1M PLN budget) with cross-functional
teams- Excellent English (written and spoken, C1 level min
imum)- Comfortable working late hours (13:00–22:00) to align with US stakeho
lders
