About the role:
We are looking for an exceptional WordPress Developer to be responsible for the coding, building, and deploying WordPress websites. You should be passionate about WordPress and deeply understand how to develop user-friendly websites that can be easily maintained and perform well on all screen sizes and follow all best-performing practices.

What you’ll be doing:
- This role requires a deep level of knowledge of WordPress Core, Beaver Builder, and a variety of plugins
- Building websites from template themes
- Developing simple brochure websites to advanced lead generation websites
- Developing with responsive best practices to ensure consistent experience on all screen sizes
- Performing scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance and security updates and backups
- Securing and protecting sites from hackers and malware, as well as eliminating risks
- Actively contribute to projects from start to finish so that the final product is complete and well tested within our promised deadlines
- Performing any edits or ad-hoc requests received from clients with a sense of urgency
- 2+ years of proven experience in successfully developing and maintaining WordPress websites
- Experience with Beaver Builder, Beaver Themer, and popular Beaver Builder plugins
- Experience with optimization of WordPress websites for Google Pagespeed Insights
- Experience with hosting and deployment of WordPress websites
- Experience with GravityForms and building advanced forms with conditional logic
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, but you don’t get stopped by the details
- Extremely flexible and adaptable
- You're amazed and fascinated with technology - you nerd out. Always trying to improve your knowledge and experience. You dive deep into industry blogs and know nothing beats taking action from what you learn
- Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball
- Notice errors, glitches, or things that may have fallen through the cracks and takes the time to fix them, or communicate with the appropriate team member
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Preferred Location: Pakistan
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST
Holidays: 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., and accumulates over the year.)
Salary: PKR 150,000 to PKR 185,000 per month + Performance Bonuses
