We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Developer with deep expertise in Next.js and strong experience leading CMS migrations and rebranding projects. You will spearhead efforts to migrate large-scale marketing websites from WordPress to modern, headless CMS architectures, while elevating both performance and design. Your initial focus will be a high-impact website overhaul, including a full rebranding initiative—transitioning a legacy WordPress site to a blazing-fast, SEO-optimized Next.js site hosted on Vercel.

Tasks
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Lead a Full Website Migration & Rebrand – Move an existing WordPress site to a Next.js + headless CMS setup on Vercel.
- Design and Build Scalable Architectures – Create reusable components and modern frameworks optimized for performance and SEO.
- Integrate with Headless CMS Platforms – Use platforms like Storyblok, Sanity, or Contentful to create editor-friendly content systems.
- Collaborate with Designers & Marketers – Turn design systems and content requirements into performant frontend solutions.
- Optimize for Speed, SEO & Accessibility – Apply best practices to make sites fast, findable, and usable.
- Support Deployment Pipelines – Use Git, CI/CD workflows, and platform capabilities in Vercel for seamless launches.
- Own Quality from Dev to Launch – Test, debug, and monitor performance post-deployment.
Requirements
✅ 4+ years of professional fullstack or frontend-heavy development experience
✅ Deep proficiency with Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
✅ Strong experience with WordPress (especially in migration contexts)
✅ Hands-on knowledge of headless CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok, Contentful, Sanity)
✅ Proven track record of CMS migrations and/or rebranding projects
✅ Experience deploying to Vercel, including use of Edge Functions, ISR, and analytics
✅ Strong eye for UI/UX consistency, responsive design, and performance optimization
✅ Familiarity with Git workflows, Agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration
✅ Bonus: Experience with design systems, Figma handoff, SEO best practices
