Job Opportunity: Head of Recruitment at Globaltize (Internal Position)

As our Head of Recruitment, you will develop all recruitment operations, hire and manage recruiter pods, and lead a team of junior and recruitment managers across multiple regions.
This is a strategic leadership position for someone passionate about building systems, developing people, and optimizing recruitment performance at scale.
- Experience: 10+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing leadership
- Industry: Recruitment or staffing agency experience required (offshore or BPO preferred)
- Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Schedule: Flexible with availability for management meetings and cross-time-zone coordination
- Location: Fully Remote (Latin America Region Only)
- Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonus
- Proven Leader: 10+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role overseeing recruiters or teams.
- Pod Builder: Experienced in creating and managing recruitment pods or team structures (senior recruiter + general recruiters + CSM alignment).
- Agency Expert: Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced agency or BPO settings, preferably with U.S. or international clients.
- Operationally Strong: Skilled at building efficient systems, implementing KPIs, SOPs, and performance frameworks to ensure recruiter accountability and success.
- Data-Driven: Uses CRM/ATS metrics to track performance, pipeline health, and optimize team output.
- People Developer: Passionate about mentoring, coaching, and scaling high-performing recruiters.
- Lead and manage the global recruitment department, including senior recruiters, general recruiters, and pod leads.
- Build and maintain the recruiter pod structure
- Work directly with leadership to align hiring capacity with company growth targets and sales forecasts.
- Design and implement scalable recruitment processes, frameworks, and KPIs.
- Oversee quality of candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and final submissions.
- Train, mentor, and upskill recruiters to ensure performance and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with the CSM and Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and job requisitions.
- Identify new recruitment channels, strategies, and automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Lead internal meetings, create growth roadmaps, and drive innovation in recruitment operations.
